Welcome to the American Suzuki Foundation’s Music of the Masters Event Page
Music of the Masters 2024 is “on hold” to prepare for a special celebration in 2025. See below for more information.
Music of the Masters, the American Suzuki Foundation’s annual fundraising gala, is postponed until 2025. To all our loyal attendees who were looking forward to the event as well as area music lovers discovering Music of the Masters for the first time - just wait to see what we have in store for you next year!
Why postpone one of our most successful fundraising events? This year is the 50th anniversary of the founding of the American Suzuki Foundation (ASF) - and our Board of Directors is excited to thank supporters with something extra special. In order to deliver a “grand affair,” we’re putting off this year’s event to set our sights on a special premier event fit for our 50th birthday.
Funding Music Education Now and Into the Future As a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization, ASF is always looking for the best way to deliver on our mission to support the current and future operation of the Aber Suzuki Center, to fund innovative ideas of the Center, and to work to make the Center available for all.
A recent ASF feasibility study revealed new opportunities to strengthen our position including enhancing our community relationships, developing an annual giving program, and growing our existing endowment. Placing a “pause” on this year’s Music of the Masters (MoM) will also enable us to focus on these exciting new opportunities.
Stay Tuned! Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding. We look forward to reconnecting with you to celebrate our 50th anniversary at the Music of the Masters in November 2025. If you’d like to be a part of bringing our celebration to life, sign up below to volunteer. Watch for further communications as we promise it will be a grand affair!

Music of the Masters Q&A
Music of the Masters is the time of the year I look forward to being able to support local music education with a donation. Can I still donate without Music of the Masters? Of course! Donating is as easy as clicking here.
I’m a parent of an ASC student and look forward to watching them perform. With MoM on hold this year, are there any other performance opportunities? ASC will continue to celebrate our sense of community by presenting an ensembles concert (orchestra, group classes, and chamber ensembles). So, hold the date of November 16 to participate and to hear your friends perform!
Who plans and sets up Music of the Masters? ASF’s volunteer Board of Directors donate their time and energy into organizing and putting on the foundation’s annual fundraising event. If you’re interested in helping out, please complete the sign-up form below.
